GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping within Spain and Portugal on orders over €100.
● Orders will always be shipped after payment has been completed. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
● Delivery time depends on the type of shipping and the distance. Shipments are dispatched and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday). Some packages may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Madame Chocolat’s control.
● MRW/GLS: Spain (Mainland) and Portugal. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders are received within 24/48 business hours provided there are no issues (recipient absent, incorrect address, etc.).
● For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we require the recipient’s ID number (DNI). In these cases, shipping is done via registered mail.
● Registered mail will be sent 1–5 days after payment is completed. Please note that shipments via Correos may sometimes take longer than specified.
● Madame Chocolat is not responsible for customs fees in other countries. For any questions, please contact your local post office or customs office.
● Shipments outside Spain are made via GLS or DHL and are sent 1–2 days after payment has been completed.
● Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination distance of the package and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart when items are added.

RETURNS
Our goal is for your purchase at Madame Chocolat to be fully satisfying, but you may wish to exchange or return an item. For this reason, we offer a return service. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receiving the product. Please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will explain how to proceed.
IMPORTANT: We cannot accept exchanges or returns for orders placed outside the European Union, as they are subject to import taxes, inspections, etc. In addition, return shipments may take several weeks or even months. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@madamechocolat-shop.com
Please note that in order for a product to be eligible for return, it must be in perfect condition, with its tags and original packaging, and free of stains and odors.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring that the item arrives in perfect condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are returned safely. At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping, but we do offer home pickup (cost to be confirmed) or the option to return the item in person at our physical store. Once we have received and verified that the item(s) are in suitable condition (no signs of use, no odors, not washed, and with original tags), the customer may choose either a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange for another item, paying any price difference. Please note that shipping costs are a non-refundable service.
If a new shipment needs to be created (for example, in the case of an exchange), shipping costs must be paid again.
Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method as the original order, within 24–48 hours from the moment we receive the returned item.
Only the full price of the item will be refunded when returning an item to Madame Chocolat.
Regarding size exchanges, please understand that many of our items are limited edition or one-size-only, so it may not always be possible to offer a wide range of sizes. Please make sure of your size before placing your order.
We do not accept returns on tights, socks, dyes, cosmetics, wigs, magazines, or items that have been unsealed.
