Waist Training corsets are designed to reduce your waist by 10 to 15 cm. We recommend choosing a size that is 10 to 13 cm smaller than your natural waist measurement to allow for gradual adjustment.

For example, if your natural waist measures 73.7 cm, we recommend choosing a size 61 cm (size 24).
A size 24 corset will have a waist measurement of 61 cm when fully closed.
